AN67 - Proposed Rule - Garnishment of Accounts Containing Federal Benefit Payments

The risk iis already huge when a garnishment is received. The responsibility of the exemption of funds shoudl remain with the customer. The avenue is already in place to get exemption for the funds. It would be in the banks best interest to work with their customer on assisting them to receive this exemption instead of being the judge in the matter
