AN67 - Proposed Rule - Garnishment of Accounts Containing Federal Benefit Payments

Government stipends, such as Social Security, should be made untouchable as specified and all banks should be made aware. If a bank allows garnishment, it should be heavily fined and open to civil suit. In many cases, Social Security income is all that remains for many people.
