Passing this ruling is long overdue. It will help a lot of us on social security from enduring hardships from having no income and causing losses of much needed income. It will stop agencies from taking advantage of people on social security. We were caught up in such a loss. We are still trying to get back on our feet from the bank freezing our account and creating overdrafts and not being able to make our house payment,utility payment, or buy groceries.
