Several agencies that provide federal payments came up with this nosense. Let's check the qualifications of those running these agencies. I guess it is easier to pass the buck than to accept responsibility.
Is it at all possible for the government to do anything right! The banks are sick and tired of enforcing rules that we have no control over. Now, we have to look at the account and determine how much money a person that is garnished can keep! This is absolutely absurd.
Please inform these agencies, if they implement garnishment, then it should be their responsibility to determine how much we send to them. We should not have to review the customer’s account or send the customer a notice of garnishment. That is the Agency’s job that issued the garnishment!
Our fee will increase signfically to offset the cost of doing their job should we have to implement this rule.
What irresponsible group decided that these are a protected group? If there is no punishment for wrong doing, no one will comply.
Wake up people, take responsibility for your own actions and stop pushing the enforement down to the banks.
