There still lies the issue at hand which is most troubling for gulf war veterans which is, we still keep being denied after filing for compensation. When the sydrome hit me in 1991I filed for numerous complications and only one of them was awarded because it was a visible disease. All the other were denied not only was but still today. I am out of resources for any of these sympyoms to be recognized by your department and tired of trying to win a fallen battle. You win I give up. I will live with the stomach pain and feces in my drawers, the memory loss, anxiety, twitching, skin disorders etc. You guys have all the evidence before you. why not re look at every file that was denied under the terms gulf war illness and see why exactly they were denied. It is not our fault your representatives fail to properly review each case to make a sound judgement. Here I will give you a good example. Look at my claim that is still pending for lower back disorder, after 23 years there it lies on someones desk waiting to be denied again even after it went to washington. I feel I will be dead like many others before me before I get justice to that case. Wake up it is not the process it is the people reviewing the claims that are holding everything up. Why dont you tell my sone why I havent been the father he would have hoped I would be.
