Comment on AN60-Proposed Rule-McGowan, Marguerite Earp

My husband will have a C & P Exam on 7/23. After months of trying to get the proper benefits and equipment to help us cope with this horrific disease, we can finally get started. Through the MDA clinic, we have seen one of the VA doctors twice. There is absolutely no question as to the rating for my husband. It is clearly, as stated by that doctor, 100%. Yet, we still have to go through this horrible process. My husband will have to endure yet another EMG to prove, again, that he has ALS. I pray that this proposed rule takes effect immediately so that no other family will have to endure the painful process we have been subjected to these last 3 months.
