Comment on AN41-Proposed Rule-Padilla, Viviane Maria

I believe that moving veterans from incarceration to transitional housing is a great rule. I mean we expect people to get better especially when dealing with drugs, abuse, depression all of the above, they need to be in a home to where they don't feel incercerated. I mean just being in those inclosed federal and state prison how do we expect someone to recover? they need to be out in a stable plce to help cure them life is the best medicine. I believe it is a great idea, even if might cause money we should help these people in need. I dont believe it is a bad proposes rule.
