Comment on AN41-Proposed Rule-Kinstle, Mike D.

Our nation is in the midst of the longest armed conflict in American history. More and more veterans are returning home and finding it difficult to fit into society. Several often find themselves in trouble with the law and some are incarcerated. After serving their time and are released into transitional housing, there would be no better way to support our veterans than to provide outpatient medical care during this difficult transition. This proposal would assist the veterans in getting the medical and psychiatric care required. And this will help the to get back on their feet again and aid in the transition back into society. I fully support this proposal and strongly urge you to pass it. M. Kinstle
