This proposal does indicate a total care for other patients safety as well as the disruptive paitent's safety. The proposal that has been established will remove added law enforcement activity as well as estabkish guidlines for patients that may or will behave disruptively. The proposal indicates there is a value of humanity to work with those patients that are enotionally distressed and insome cases physicallydrained at the VA medical facilities. If the regulations are more extensive and unique to the acts of disruptive behavior, there could possibly be improvements for the facilities overall due to the fact they would be more aware of patient issues. In addition, perhaps speaking with a disruptive patient, that is not harmful, could eliminate the issue from happening again to someone else.
