Whatever the justification for this data collectlion of medical records it is wrong in the most fundamental way possible. Here is why it is wrong: 1. It violates persoanl privacy and the HIPPA Law & privacty act. 2. It is subject to misuse by hackers and others. 3. It has a big brother aspect that I think is classically communistic like the USSR. 4. It chips away at our freedom. 5. It violates the patient doctor relationship. 6. There is potential for "death Panels" to use this info to deny treatment under Obamacare. 7. Some people will be reluctant to seek medical care because of this. 8. It would give too much power to the federal government. 9. It would help employ more un-needed government workers & government union members. 10. It is not an actuarial justification for anything. With 300,000,000 people the law of larger numbers and spread of risk should not be a question is any mind. 11. This is just plain un-american. Thanks for listening
