AN51 - Proposed Rule - Service Dogs

This is a great proposed rule, however it neglects to include Psychiatric Service Dogs which are very much a need for veterans returning from Iraq and Afganistan. Every veteran for whatever their service dog is task trained to due for their specific impairment, such as MST/PTSD service connected; should receive this benefit.
