AN95 - Interim Final Rule - Sharing Information Between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense

A few years ago information (from my VA Medical Records)about me was given to an UNAUTHORIZED person. After investigating the VA Security Department said they could not find how the information was accessed or by whom. Puting my medical history on line with the lax security and or the ease of hacking my medical records is of great concern to me.
