I support the proposed rule because merging the home health and hospice care services will allow the billing to be housed under set of rules instead on billing separately as it is currently. I understand that changes in this regulation will create a loss of 1,6.00 for the providers annually. I believe that in order to be effective in the work that a person does, sometimes sacrifices have to be made. The services provided are for people whose health and life are the primary concern. My concern is that the level of care will be affected as a result of the financial loss. Despite my concern I am still in favor regulation changes. I am in support of the proposed rule.
