I confess that I am not as knowledgeable nor the typist that Mr. Anthony Hardie is... but I read his response in its entirety and wholeheartedly support and second his response.
Id like to add that I suspect that his thoughts on Navy personnel serving in the Med being excluded is perhaps the ONLY thing I have yet heard that could explain why my wife, who suffers from EVERY CMI problem as listed by the VA, is NOT considered disabled for service connected issues under this. Even though she mirrors the symptoms 100%.
I am shocked to learn more and more, that even now....so many years after the fact, that the VA is STILL this far away from supporting us as we were led to believe we would be when we VOLUNTEERED to serve.
Fix this.... it is beyond time.
