I think the proposed rule for stillborn child coverage is a good and practical rule. When presented with issues that need to be addressed being objective and straight provides easier resolutions to problems. It is great the our country is providing our veterans the ability to insure their children and spouses. Furthermore, providing coverage for a stillborn child is even more outstanding. The death of a family member not only brings grief but also economic costs. By permitting that a stillborn child be covered by the insurance when both parents are insured without inquiring about custody or paternity, alleviates the already difficult experience of the family. Not only economically but emotionally as well. Providing reasonable and rational solutions should be applied more often in proposed rules.
