Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 is a presumptive disease associated with Agent Orange. Peripheral Neuropathy is known to be a common diabetes complication. Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy may not present itself until many years after an initial diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. Why is there any limitation on benefits for the numerous diseases and conditions that Diabetes causes but may take many years to present symptoms?
