Comment on AO31-Proposed Rule-Barnes, Sarah B.

In my work with nonprofits, I've met many disabled veterans who do not always feel as though they are being taken care of as they should be. This is often due to the strict requirements of disability aid that is offered to them. I think that this amendment to such aid can only benefit those veterans who might usually fall outside of those requirements. I also think that the definition included in this proposed rule is reasonable and manages to keep an appropriate level of requirement for aid. I look forward to seeing this regulation in action in my work with veterans in the future.
