This entire rule should be advised due to its ineffectiveness to service military personnel suffering from psychosis. Whoever wrote this rule did not take into consideration several factors.
1. Having a mental illness is like having a disability
2. The six month rule is insane, no matter the time one serves this country should not be an issue.
3. The manner in which a person was discharged should not be relevant.
4. Changes should not start with these useless rules, the starting point should be the understaffed and unsanitory conditions of some of these facilities.
