As a member of a private insurance company, I believe government supplied insurance should be on par with the private sector. My insurance carrier would not take away my right to use my insurance if I missed appointments. I agree that there needs to be a way to control patients who persistently miss appointments. I don't think that refusing medical treatment is the right answer. I support the repeal of this penalty.
