In summary, we have asked for three changes to the funding formula: - Add performance outcomes – Entered Employment numerator. - Add VA Disability data – number of veterans receiving 30% disability rating or higher. - Change TAP funding methodology to remove the 24 hour limit on chargeable staff time. Allow States to charge actual time spent preparing, conducting and following up.
