I would like to respond to request for comments on the rule. We have been in business for more that 65 years. We currently emply up to 24 people in the repair & service industry. We have always had Workman's Comp Ins, We do not carry LHWCA coverage & have never had a claim. It will cost too much extra for no reason & would cause us problems as we own a pumpout boat. We don't work on other Commercial boats & would not if this goes into effect. Please redefine the definition of a recreational vessel. Thank you & please contact me if you have any questions or inquiries about the application of LHWCA to our recreational vessel repair business. Sincerely, Patricia M. Norton
