I believe that at the very least the social security number should be removed and not distributed so liberally. With the payrolls being transferred from office to office the social security numbers can be compromised and may lead identity theft that could be otherwise prevented. Furthermore, I do not believe that removing the individuals’ social security number will compromise EEO.
