The ramifications of such proposal would prohibit children from seeing and assisting with the everyday operations of a farm. My 11 year-old nephew enjoys learning about the farm operation at my in-laws and by having him assist with the “little jobs” teaches him responsibility, a solid work ethic, and respect for nature. Why would anyone want to remove a child from learning about agriculture and the outdoors? This is absurd.
