Details Information

Abstract: We are amending the emerald ash borer regulations by designating the States of Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio, in their entirety, as quarantined areas. This action is necessary to prevent the artificial spread of the emerald ash borer into noninfested areas of the United States. As a result of this action, the interstate movement of regulated articles from those States is restricted.
