Abstract: Final Rule - 49 CFR Part 40 RIN 2105-AC37 Amendments to Laboratory Certification Requirements Summary: This final rule establishes provisions that would permit drug testing laboratories located outside the U.S. to participate in the Department's drug testing program. The Department of Transportation would take action permitting the laboratories to participate based on recommendations from the Department of Health and Human Services.
