Abstract: This notice corrects an error published in the Federal Register of August, 27, 2007 (72 FR 48938) (FRL-8459-5). The final rule inadvertently stated that we were revising paragraph (c) introductory text when we actually added introductory text to paragraph (c). The purpose of this action is to correct this error.
