Abstract: Interim Final Rule - The FHWA is adopting, as its policy for the design of traffic control devices for use on all roads open to public travel, two American Associations fo State Highway and Transportation Officials' (AASHTO) publications: "Guide to Metric Conversion," June 1993, and "Traffic Engineering Metric Conversion Factors; Addendum to the Guide to Metric Conversion, 1993," October 1993.
