Abstract: Federal Register Publication which adopts as final most of the amendments made by interim final rules to the air bag warnining label requirement in Standard 213, "Child Restraint Systems" This document also corrects a labeling provisions in Standard 213 that required child restraints to provide an installation diagram showing the child restraint system installed in the "right front" outboard seating position. The agency is removing the references to "right front" and "center rear" as being unnecessary and potentially confusing. Effective Date: March 30, 1999.
