Abstract:
DaimlerChrysler Corporation and Mercedes Benz USA, LLC submit the attached comments on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking concerning Motor Vehicle Brake Fluids. Regretfully, we were unable to submit these comments within the prescribed comment period, which ended March 19, 2001. We respectfully request that our comments nevertheless be considered prior to the issuing of a Final Rule on this subject. Thank you, Barbara Wendling
