Abstract: The proposed rule revises the definition of a term Congress used to define Class II gaming. Specifically, the proposed rule revises the definition for ``electronic or electromechanical facsimile'' that appears in the Commission's regulations. The commission defined these terms in 1992 and revised the definitions in 2002. The proposed rule offers further revision.
