Abstract: The NPRM proposes to add 5 incidents to section 830.5, to require operators to report: releases of propeller blades from aircraft; complete losses of information from more than 50% of an aircraft’s primary displays; certain Airborne Collision Avoidance System (ACAS) resolution advisories; certain instances of damage to helicopter tail or main rotor blades; and certain types of runway incursions.
