The Department of the
Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets
Control (‘‘OFAC’’) is publishing the
names of 21 persons it has determined
to be the Government of Iran, as that
term is defined in the Iranian
Transactions Regulations. The names of
these persons will be added, at a future
date, to Appendix A to Part 560 in the
Code of Federal Regulations.
