Abstract:	The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (‘‘OFAC’’) is promulgating the Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations, to implement provisions of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010, which require the Secretary of the Treasury to prescribe certain regulations. These regulations also implement other related provisions of the aforementioned legislation.
