Abstract: This final rule establishes the "Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara" American viticultural area, effective on November 9, 2009. This new 23,941-acre viticultural area is located in Santa Barbara County, California, and is entirely within the existing Central Coast and Santa Ynez Valley viticultural areas. See 27 CFR 9.217.
