Abstract: This notice requests comments on the extension of the use-up period for non-compliant packaging of roll-your-own and pipe tobacco and the related delay of the application of the new classification rule for roll-your-own and pipe tobacco. Comments are due on or before November 23, 2009. For full explanation of the proposed changes, see the related temporary rule, T.D. TTB-81.
