Abstract:
This commenter, the owner of a small Texas-based beer importer, requests that the proposed labeling requirement be implemented no sooner than one year after the effective date of the rule in order to give his company time to use up the labels for an imported beer containing cochineal extract. Alternatively, he requests that he be granted permission to use-up the existing TTB-approved labels.
