In this notice, TTB proposes to establish the "Fort Ross-Seaview" American viticultural area in western Sonoma County, California. The proposed viticultural area is located entirely within the existing Sonoma Coast viticultural area (27 CFR 9.116), which in turn is entirely within the existing North Coast viticultural area (27 CFR 9.30). TTB makes this proposal in response to a petition filed on behalf of a number of Sonoma County wine industry members.
NOTE: The comment period for Notice No. 34 has been reopened until June 6, 2011 (see Notice No. 117).
