Abstract: Effective on January 13, 2012, this final rule establishes the 13,254-acre “Naches Heights” viticultural area in Yakima County, Washington. This new area is entirely within the larger Columbia Valley viticultural area. TTB undertook this rulemaking action in response to a petition from a local wine industry member.
