Abstract: Effective on January 13, 2012, this final rule establishes the 11,075-acre “Coombsville” viticultural area in southern Napa County, California. This new area is entirely within the existing Napa Valley viticultural area, which is, in turn, entirely within the multicounty North Coast viticultural area. TTB undertook this rulemaking action in response to a petition from a local wine industry members.
