Abstract:
In this comment on Notice No. 124, dated March 5, 2012, DISCUS urges TTB not to adopt the distilled spirits plant operations reporting forms as proposed in Notice No. 124. DISCUS contends that the proposed forms will increase the reporting burdens on industry and the auditing burdens on TTB.

Abstract:
This DISCUS comment letter, dated August 20, 2001, was included as a supplement to Comment 21. This 2001 letter concerned DISCUS's opposition to the continued use of ATF Form 5110.34, Notice of Change in Status of Plant. This letter also included a copy of an earlier letter regarding ATF Form 5110.28, Monthly Report of Processing Operations, which also referred to a DISCUS petition requesting that all variances granted to individual distilled spirits plants be applied to all such plants.
