In this notice of proposed rulemaking, TTB proposes to establish the 28,298-acre "Inwood Valley" viticultural area in Shasta County, California. TTB designates viticultural areas to allow vintners to better describe the origin of their wines and to allow consumers to better identify wines they may purchase. Comments on this proposal are due on or before February 3, 2012.
