Abstract:
As stated in the comment: "The Regulatory Council to Guarantee the Origin and Quality of Pisco [Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origen Pisco] (CR-DOPISCO) is a non-profit organization subject to the laws and courts of the Republic of Peru and representing the beneficiaries of the Guarantee of the Origin of Pisco (DO-PISCO). It’s main purpose is to manage DO-PISCO and, among other obligations, to see to and defend the quality of Pisco. It performs its activities in the territory of Peru and abroad. The seat of the organization is the city of Pisco. CR-DOPISCO was authorized to operate as such by the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) by means of Resolution 002378-2011/DSD-INDECOPI dated February 14, 2011."
