§ 431.87 Energy and water conservation standards and their effective dates.

(a) Each commercial packaged boiler listed in Table 1 to § 431.87 table 1 of this paragraph (a) and manufactured on or after March 2, 2012 and prior to January 10, 2023, the effective date listed must meet the applicable indicated energy conservation standard levels as follows: .

(b) Each commercial packaged boiler listed in Table 2 to § 431.87 table 2 of this paragraph (b) and manufactured on or after January 10, 2023, the effective date listed in Table 2 must meet the applicable indicated energy conservation standard levels as follows: .
