§ 126.600 What are HUBZone contracts?
HUBZone contracts are contracts awarded to a qualified certified HUBZone SBCsmall business concern, regardless of the place of performance, through any of the following procurement methods:
(a) Sole source awards to qualified certified HUBZone SBCssmall business concerns;
(b) Set-aside awards, including partial set-asides, based on competition restricted to qualified certified HUBZone SBCssmall business concerns;
(c) Awards to qualified certified HUBZone SBCs small business concerns through full and open competition after a price evaluation preference is applied to an other than small business in favor of qualified certified HUBZone SBCssmall business concerns;
(d) Awards based on a reserve for certified HUBZone SBCs small business concerns in a solicitation for a Multiple Award Contract (see § 125.1); or
(e) Orders set-aside for HUBZone SBCs against certified HUBZone small business concerns under a Multiple Award Contract , which had been that was awarded in full and open competition.
