§ 2556.120 How does a VISTA sponsor ensure the participation of people in the communities to be served?
(a) To the maximum extent practicable, the people of the communities to be served by VISTA members shall must participate in planning, developing, and implementing programs.
(b) The sponsor shall must articulate in its project application how it will engage or continue to engage relevant communities in the development and implementation of programs.
