§ 414.35 Public notification of the criteria by which Monitoring compliance with the terms and conditions of a safety element approval was issued.

Each holder of a safety element approval must allow access by, the FAA will publish in the Federal Register a notice of the criteria that were used to evaluate the safety approval application, and a description of the criteriaand cooperate with, Federal officers or employees or other individuals authorized by the Associate Administrator to inspect manufacturing, production, testing, or assembly performed by a holder of a safety element approval or its contractor. The FAA may also inspect a safety element approval process or service, including training programs and personnel qualifications.
