§ 420.51 Responsibilities - general.

(a) A licensee shall
A licensee must operate its launch site in accordance with the representations in
the application upon which the licensing determination is based.
(b) A licensee is responsible for compliance with 51 U.S.C. Subtitle V, chapter 509 and for meeting the requirements of this chapter.
