§ 30.306 What does the recommended decision containinclude?
The recommended decision shall contain include a discussion of the district office's findings of fact and conclusions of law in support of the recommendation. The recommended decision may accept recommend acceptance or reject rejection of the claim in its entirety, or it may accept or reject of a portion of the claim presented. It is accompanied by a notice of the claimant's right to file objections with, and request a hearing before, the FAB.
