payments that may be(a) The total amount of
trainingfunds made available for the costs of
Tradecarrying out sections 235 through 238 of the Act, referenced here as Training and Other Activities (TaOA), will not exceed the annual cap established under section 236(a)(2)(A) of the
Act. (a) For each of the fiscal years 2009 and 2010Fiscal Years (FYs) 2015 through 2021, this cap is $575$450,000,000; and .
(b) For the period beginning October 1, 2010, and ending December 31, 2010, this cap is $143,750,000 Funds obligated during a fiscal year to carry out activities under sections 235 through 238 of the Act may be expended by the State receiving such funds during that fiscal year and the succeeding 2 fiscal years.
