§ 780.4 What responsibilities do I and government agencies have under this part?Responsibilities.
(a) You, the permit applicant, must It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide to the regulatory authority all of the information required by this part, except where specifically exempted in this part.
(b) It is the responsibility of State and federal Federal governmental agencies must to provide information needed for permit applications to the extent that regulatory authority where specifically required in this part specifically requires that they do so. .
